Download and immediately complete the "Official Record Of Invention" form.   This document serves to establish a written date of conception for your innovation.  It also helps us to begin the process of identifying and protecting your invention.

 

Have your completed form witnessed by two trustworthy people or notarized, and mail or e-mail a copy of this form (always keep your originals) to our office. 

 

We will review your submission and conduct a Free, Initial consultation either in this office or by telephone within five (5) business days of receipt of your form.  You will have the opportunity to get answers to your questions and to receive our evaluation of your new invention.  No fees will be incurred by you until such time as you have received written notice in advance and provided your approval for incurrence of fees.  All subject matter submitted by you shall be kept confidential.
